By accessing or using our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1) Use of Our Website
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the site, the business, or other users. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2) Products, Availability & Pricing
We make every effort to display product information accurately (including descriptions, sizing, and images). However, we do not guarantee that all product displays will be error-free.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, promotions, or availability and to cancel any order affected by such errors.
3) Orders, Payment & Taxes
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided, and
- The billing and shipping information you provide is accurate.
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
4) Shipping (U.S. Orders Only)
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are estimates (not guarantees). We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping pricing:
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $75+ (before tax and after discounts)
- Standard Shipping: $5.95 on orders under $75
- Expedited Shipping: $14.95 (estimated 2–3 business days after shipment)
Processing time (in-stock): Typically 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Delivery after shipment: Standard typically 3–5 business days; Expedited typically 2–3 business days (estimates only).
5) Preorders
Some products may be offered as preorders and may ship in batches/fulfillment waves. Preorder ship estimates, when available, are shown on the product page.
Expedited shipping may reduce transit time after a preorder ships, but it does not change preorder fulfillment timing.
6) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it for eligibility requirements and timelines.
Key highlights (U.S. orders only):
- 45-day return/exchange window from delivery
- Free return labels for exchanges and store credit (U.S. only)
- Refunds (to original payment) are available for eligible returns minus $7.95 per return request
- Certain items are not returnable (e.g., Final Sale, underwear, socks once opened/worn)

7) Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, and offers are subject to change and may have restrictions. Discount codes may not apply to certain items (including limited drops or preorders) unless explicitly stated.
8) Giving Back (5% of Year-End Profits)
We are committed to giving back. At the end of each year, we donate 5% of year-end profits to support the military and first responder community. Donations are made at our discretion and may vary by year based on profitability and business conditions. This program does not create any fiduciary duty or guarantee of donation to any specific organization.
9) Intellectual Property
All site content—including logos, graphics, product names, images, and text—is owned by or licensed to United We Lift and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
10) Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, United We Lift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase/use of products.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United We Lift from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
