Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — we offer exchanges for U.S. orders (subject to availability). We provide a free return label for exchanges.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes — we offer store credit for U.S. orders and provide a free return label when you choose store credit.
Can I get a refund to my original payment method?
Yes — refunds are available for eligible U.S. returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus a $7.95 return label/handling fee per return request. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
What condition must items be in to return?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, free of stains, odors (deodorant/smoke), pet hair, or signs of use, and returned with original tags/packaging when applicable.
What items are not returnable?
Items marked Final Sale, underwear, socks (once opened or worn), and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.
What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong item?
Email admin@unitedwelift.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging (if applicable). We’ll make it right.
How do returns work for preorders?
Preorders ship in fulfillment waves. The 45-day return window begins on the delivery date (not the order date).
Can I cancel a preorder?
You may request a preorder cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may begin processing and may not be cancelable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
