Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship U.S. orders only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on U.S. orders $75+ (before tax and after discounts).

How much is shipping on orders under $75?

Standard shipping is $5.95 on U.S. orders under $75.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — expedited shipping is available for $14.95 and typically delivers 2–3 business days after shipment.

How long does processing take?

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does delivery take after my order ships?

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: typically 2–3 business days after shipment

How do preorders work?

Preorder items ship in batches/fulfillment waves. Preorder ship estimates (when available) are listed on the product page. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your preorder ships.

Does expedited shipping make my preorder ship faster?

Expedited shipping speeds up transit after your preorder ships, but it does not change preorder fulfillment timing.

When will I receive tracking?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@unitedwelift.store. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
