Thank you for shopping with United We Lift. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders within the United States.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship U.S. orders only.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping: on orders $75+ (before tax and after discounts)
  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 on orders under $75
  • Expedited Shipping: $14.95 (estimated 2–3 business days after shipment)

Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.


Order Processing Time (In-Stock Items)

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reliable U.S. carriers such as USPS and UPS. The carrier and service level may vary based on destination, package weight, and the shipping option selected at checkout.


Delivery Time (After Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: typically 2–3 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.


Preorders

Preorder items are released ahead of fulfillment and may ship in batches/fulfillment waves.

  • Preorder ship estimates (when available) are listed on the product page.
  • If your order includes a preorder item, your order will ship when your preorder is fulfilled unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Expedited shipping speeds up transit after your preorder ships but does not change preorder fulfillment timing.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact admin@unitedwelift.store within 7 days of deliverywith your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll assist as quickly as possible.
