Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy (United We Lift)

At United We Lift, we want you to order with confidence. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds work for U.S. customers.
Return Window (U.S. Only)
You may request a return or exchange within 45 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of stains, odors (deodorant/smoke), pet hair, or signs of use
- Returned with original tags/packaging when applicable
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back.
Hygiene & Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Underwear
- Socks (once opened or worn)
- Gift cards
Choose Your Return Outcome (U.S. Orders)
We offer three return outcomes—pick the one that works best for you:
1) Exchange (FREE return label — U.S. only)
- We cover return shipping for exchanges (subject to availability).
- If your requested size/color is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (refund option may include a fee—see below).
2) Store Credit (FREE return label — U.S. only)
- We cover return shipping when you choose store credit.
- Store credit is issued after the return is received and inspected.
3) Refund to Original Payment (fee deducted)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus a return label/handling fee of $7.95 per return request.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Free Shipping Threshold ($75+)
Free shipping applies to U.S. orders $75+ (before tax and after discounts).
If you return items from a free-shipping order and the remaining kept items fall below $75, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund where permitted.
Preorders
Preorder items may ship in fulfillment waves/batches.
- Preorder cancellations: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your preorder for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may begin processing and may not be cancelable.
- Preorder returns: The 45-day return window begins on the delivery date (not the order date).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged/defective or incorrect, email admin@unitedwelift.store within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging (if applicable)
We’ll resolve it with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email admin@unitedwelift.store with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Your preferred outcome (exchange, store credit, or refund)
